    The Watson Realty Group provided service and support beyond any realtor we’ve used in the past. They were helpful in setting a realistic sale price based on the market and the area we lived in. They provided an hour with a stager, who helped us arrange our house to show it off the very best. The photographer and videographer were both very professional and provided a fantastic product to help market the house. The Watsons were there and available any time we had a question and provided guidance to us as we worked through the process of receiving and responding to offers as well as handling inspection results, so we came to a win-win agreement with our buyer with a minimum of stress.     I have worked with Bill for my last two family moves. He showed me great patience and understanding, which I very much appreciate given that I am not an easy buyer to work for. In the Denver market time is very much of the essence and Bill always made time to get us into houses extremely quickly as they would come onto the market. He never pressured us to purchase and was a terrific sounding board on which houses made sense for our family or not. Even after our sale and purchase he continued to work with us to make sure that we made good decisions with contractors.
